If you receive an item from our online shop (www.scalarworks.com/shop) that exhibits a mechanical or material defect, and return it for warranty service within 30-days of receipt, Scalarworks will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. After the initial 30-day window, or if having purchased your mount through one of our authorized dealers, the buyer and Scalarworks will each be responsible for their respective shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA# please e-mail our sales department via our contact page.
Scalarworks will accept unused items in resalable condition within 30-days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Priority Mail orders are generally delivered in 1-3 business days, while Express Mail orders are guaranteed by the USPS in 1-2 business days: the actual time will vary based on your distance from our offices, your location from a major postal hub, and seasonal USPS slow downs.
Unless otherwise noted on our website, orders placed before 3PM EST will ship the same business day. Any orders placed after 3PM EST, or on a weekend or USPS Holiday, will ship the next business day.
Scalarworks strictly adheres to ITAR, and as such we do not ship internationally. We do have some international distributors and the list is growing. See our dealers page for distributor near you. If you wish to purchase an item from outside of the United-States, please contact our sales department to discuss your options. All orders containing an Optic Bundle ship with Signature Confirmation for everyone’s protection.
