Sight Screws

These sight screws are custom made for Scalarworks in the USA. They are cold-headed and heat-treated to HRC 39-45, and feature a corrosion resistant Black Oxide finish.
All Scalarworks sight screws have a Torx T10 socket to minimize the chances of stripping the socket, and to simplify installation across various optic platforms.
Each screw has a Nylok® Torq-Patch® applied to the threads. Nylok® Torq-Patch® is a self-locking nylon permanently bonded onto the threads that resists vibration loosening. Since nylon has great memory characteristics, this locking element can be reused several times.

Delivered quickly and smoothly, nicely packaged. Nicely finished, no marks or defects. Nylok is an added bonus. Kind of hard to screw in the first time so just make sure the resistance you feel is not from cross threading.
