LEAP/09
$399.00 – $3,199.00
The lightest, stiffest, and easiest to use quick-detach scope mount available. LEAP/09 redefines the standard for mounting your 34mm LPVO or high powered scope to your AR-15's Picatinny top rail. Available in 1.57”, and 1.93” optic heights.
Precision CNC machined from all six sides out of a single piece of 7075-T6 Aluminum billet to ensure the highest strength-to-weight ratio.
All Trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with FTC Comparative Advertising guidelines. All mounts weighed under the same conditions with all hardware necessary to attach a 30mm scope.
A large diameter tubular section up front to resist torsion from side impacts, and a very wide I-beam bridge in the rear to resist recoil induced oscillations.
Every Leap mount is CNC milled from 7075-T6 Aluminum billet, which has vastly superior mechanical properties to 6061-T6, and is used where ultimate strength and durability outweigh cost considerations.
Twice as many knuckles and double the material thickness as the original.
Won't get in your way of viewing or manipulating your scope's adjustment turrets.
Eliminates the uncertain and tedious setup required by traditional split rings.
LEAP mounts have no protruding levers, bolts, or knobs to rap your knuckles, or get caught on clothing, gear, and surroundings.

It’s been around for several years now and still the finest mount available. Firstly, the design is a functional stroke of genius. These guys must use some of the tightest tolerances in the machining business because their dimensional accuracy is perfect. I’d guess they also employ some top notch machinists because fit and finish are also immaculate. I haven’t even looked at another mount since using one. The ‘Level Drive’ feature alone is worth the price, unless you’re using a Steiner T6Xi, as they bore out all four sides of center bell where turrets are mounted. It’s got a threaded cap like a watch casing bottom. At least the one I purchased must not have been threaded perfectly perpendicular to the scope’s horizontal plane because ‘Level Drive’ didn’t produce perfect horizontal alignment. This of course isn’t due to any errors on the part of Scalarworks though and would still have used the same mount anyway because the other features are superior as well. Their shipping dept is on point as well. My mounts always arrive quickly when I buy direct.
