MIGHTY MOUNT
The Leap is the strongest Aimpoint CompM4s Quick-Detach mount we've ever tested.
We tested a variety of quick-detach mounts on a digital test stand capable of exerting up to 1500lbs of force. We then used this data to refine our original optic mount design, culminating in the LEAP; a quick-detach mount that is both the lightest and strongest on the market today.
A highly efficient clamp design guarantees precise operation and unprecedented rigidity: It features an oversize hooded thru-hole to buttress the thumbscrew's shank, which is the maximum possible diameter to fit a Picatinny channel. A pair of hardened steel precision ground pins is press fitted to the clamp and act as guides.
During its development, the Leap mount was subjected to dozens of stress tests before a single prototype was ever made. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) helped extract every bit of performance from every gram of material. This cutting-edge design process has resulted in the most efficient mount design possible.
Every Leap mount is CNC machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum billet, which has vastly superior mechanical properties to 6061-T6, and is used where ultimate strength and durability outweigh cost considerations.

ClickDrive's low-profile thumbscrew and low-friction telescoping clamp require only the torque from your bare hand to securely attach onto a rail. An integrated spring-loaded ball-detent exerts enough force against the crown to make it completely recoil proof.

Professionally assembled at our factory in Easton, PA. All of our optics are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Our expert optics technicians visually inspect and function test every optic. Bundles are assembled using high precision torque drivers to the optic manufacturer’s specifications.

Fell out of love with the Pro mount the bulky nature started getting to me. The leap mount is a great upgrade you use the rings from your stock mount and attach the leap mount to it. If the mount holds zero over the long haul it’s a no brainer.
Just got the 3x combo that is awesome too. Looking to get another dot combo not sure which one yet. Big fan keep up the good work guys.

Lite, sleek, and strong. Allows the Aimpoint to be positioned in just the right spot without bridging the upper forearm gap.
Looked at a most of the similar mounts at SHOT this year, and I think the LEAP was the most thought out.

Amazing! I own a LaRue mount for my CompM4s as well and although the LaRue mount is really nice, I feel the Scalarworks Leap/13 is the superior and better looking mount. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you for making such a great mount!
