Form Follows Performance

The LEAP/08 base incorporates different structural elements to maximize overall performance.

A large diameter tubular section up front to resist torsion from side impacts, and a very wide I-beam bridge in the rear to resist recoil induced oscillations.

ClickDrive's low-profile thumbscrew and low-friction telescoping clamp require only the torque from your bare hand to securely attach onto a rail. An integrated spring-loaded ball-detent exerts enough force against the crown to make it completely recoil proof.

    I must say, I am truly impressed. I buy the absolute best I can find of everything bc I was told the only responsible way to spend your money on anything related to firearms, “if you buy it right, you buy it once”. I still run into quality issues using this philosophy. These Leap mounts are an actual leap beyond any scope mount or ring set I have yet to utilize. Unless, somehow, somebody figures out a way to do it better, these will be the only mounts that I will ever clamp to my equipment. Thank you Scalarworks!
