Every Leap mount is CNC milled from 7075-T6 Aluminum billet, which has vastly superior mechanical properties to 6061-T6, and is used where ultimate strength and durability outweigh cost considerations.

ClickDrive's low-profile thumbscrew and low-friction telescoping clamp require only the torque from your bare hand to securely attach onto a rail. An integrated spring-loaded ball-detent exerts enough force against the crown to make it completely recoil proof.

Phenomenal! Height and weight are ideal as I’m running this on a HK762A1 with an EOTECH HHS V. So, weight reduction and getting an optimal height was key. The QD Clickdrive is a little tricky to get to but definitely doable with or without gloves. My only ask would be to make the area you turn have aggressive grip to turn easier in any condition. I swap this setup out with a scope often and it retains a spot on zero every time.
